Atende Industries starts cooperation with Hillwood Polska to provide new solutions for aiming at implementing new solutions for civic energy

Atende Industries, a technological company from Atende group and Hillwood Polska, company from the commercial real estate sector, have signed a letter of intent to jointly act to promote and implement modern solutions for community energy.

The companies will focus on popularizing the idea of energy communities, with particular emphasis on energy cooperatives, and implement solutions including renewable energy sources, energy storage and GH2 solutions. Energy management will be held by the besmart.energy cloud platform, used in modern energy systems based on data acquired and processed in real time from intelligent metering devices.

Energy communities will provide its members energy produced mainly from local renewable sources. Actions like this will lead to the implementation of investments aimed at achieving climate neutrality by 2050, in accordance with the European Green Deal, contribution to the the air and climate protection as well as significant reduction of the electricity cost. Green energy produced by neighboring municipalities will be stored and used locally in an optimized way, allowing for the reduction of energy consumption costs.

The besmart.energy system, developed by Atende Industries, is a proprietary BigData cloud platform that collects real-time data from measuring devices. Based on the AI methods the system optimizes energy consumption and makes decisions regarding the energy purchase and the energy storage and energy-consuming devices (heat pumps) control. The platform allows for local energy balancing, maximize the use of energy from renewable sources, and is necessary for managing energy communities.

“Modern solutions based on data analyzed in real time will allow, the optimal use of locally produced solar energy. Hillwood, implementing the assumptions of corporate social responsibility, will include local communities in projects carried out with Atende Industries. Activities within energy communities will allow for local production, storage and energy usage, which will have a positive impact on the environment, integration of local communities, and reduction of the transmission and usage costs of electricity by all members of the community.” – said Hubert Michalak, President of the Board of Hillwood Polska

Cooperation with Hillwood Polska is an important direction for our development. Hillwood has achieved great success on the Polish market, quickly becoming one of the leaders of industrial real estate in Poland. The issue of ensuring the right amount of energy for the operation of industrial facilities is crucial. Building energy communities around industrial facilities enabling them to be powered with green energy creates a unique opportunity to change the approach to providing energy for local communities and industry. I believe that our besmart.energy cloud platform for energy management will make this transformation proceed without major problems “- said Paweł Pisarczyk, President of the Management Board of Atende Industries
