A candidate hired for this position will be responsible for the development of TStorage – a NoSQL time-series type database built from the ground up in our company, devoted to processing and storing of measurement data from loT devices.
Requirements
- Mathematics, physics or computer science major,
- Documented achievements (preferably academic), that demonstrates adept usage of concepts related to distributed systems theory, algebra or mathematical analysis,
- A minimum of 1 year experience in C++ or Python language usage,
- Commands of concepts related to distributed systems:
- temporal logic (TLA+),
- automats I/O,
- object/abstractions types such as: registers, snapshot, broadcast, consensus,
- abstractions characterising errors of processes/nodes and connections,
- differences between (partially) synchronous and asynchronous systems,
- theories limiting possible implementations.

Tasks
- Participation in the creation of algorithms solving issues of distributed systems,
