We are pleased to inform that today in Stawiska Poland’s third energy cooperative has been empaneled and Paweł Pisarczyk, CEO of Atende Industries, has become its CEO.
The aim of the Stawiski Cooperative is creating electric energy from renewable energy sources for the benefit of its members and organizing deliveries and receivals of electric energy between them. Thanks to that, cooperatives members can count on a decrease in costs of electric energy purchases and profits from sales of electric energy produced from renewable energy sources.
An additional aim is increasing the protection of the local environment and the level of consciousness about local society’s environment protection.
The established area of action consists of: electric energy production, trade, transmission, distribution, production and supply in water vapor, hot water and air for conditioning systems, mediation in sales of renewable energy sources installations, educational activity within RES and integration of local community.
The Cooperative’s subject of activity will be:
- The production of electric and thermal energy from the RES installations, being a property of the Cooperative or its members, for the benefit of the cooperative and its members.
- Sale of the produced electric and thermal energy for the benefit of its members.
- Purchasing electric and thermal energy for the benefit of the Cooperative and its members.
- Counseling in terms of leading an economic activity and management for the benefit of its members.
Atende Industries supported the empaneling of the Stawiski Cooperative, and the besmart.energy system developed in the company will be responsible for managing the energy in the cooperative. The main task of the besmart.energy platform is managing the Community’s or Cooperative’s energy balance and striving for the maximal usage of energy from renewable resources. The system allows for efficient processing and analysis of a great amount of data, allowing for canvassing of measurement data from any amount of meters in real time. Besmart.energy creates forecasts of production and consumption. Thanks to that it can influence users’ behavior, as well as manage receivers and storing to optimize energy consumption and energy community’s activities.
According to the definition in the RES act, the energy cooperative is understood as a “cooperative in the understanding of act from 16th September 1982- Cooperative law or act from 4 October 2018 concerning farmers’ cooperatives, which subject of activity is electric energy, biogas or heat production in installations of renewable energy sources and balancing the demand for electric energy, biogas or heat, solely for the individual energy cooperative and their members’ needs, adjoined to the spatially defined distribution electrical network with a rated voltage lower than 110kV or gas distribution system or heating network.”
