Paweł Pisarczyk, a technology leader who has been involved in the development of innovative products in the Atende Group for years, is resigning from the position of President of the Management Board of Atende Industries. From April 16, 2026, he will support the company as a member of the Supervisory Board. This decision is part of the strategic plan of Atende S.A. to focus on the development of Phoenix Systems.
Pawel Pisarczyk is the main originator and founder of the company. For more than 15 years, he has given it direction and vision – leading the company from a small organization to the innovative technology enterprise it is today.
On his initiative, two key product lines of the company were created: besmart.energy – an intelligent energy management platform, and redGrid – an advanced solution for the power grid sector. Under Paweł’s leadership, Atende Industries has marked its presence on the European technology scene. Since 2024, the Company has been successfully implementing the IPCEI-CIS (Important Project of Common European Interest on Next Generation Cloud Infrastructure and Services) project, thus being among the most important technology initiatives on the continent.
“I am leaving Atende Industries in good hands, and moving to the Supervisory Board will allow me to continue supporting the company, albeit in a different role” – says Paweł Pisarczyk.
The Management Board and the entire Atende Industries team would like to thank Paweł for his courage in implementing ambitious ideas, for the team he has built and for the foundations on which the company will continue to grow.
Atende Industries will focus on the development and commercialization of key products and their expansion on the local and foreign markets.
