A candidate hired for this position will be responsible for developing a NoSQL type database, that is created in our company, with the purpose of processing and storing measurement data collected from loT devices.
Requirements
- Science major alumni (computer science, mathematics, physics etc.),
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position,
- High C++ language proficiency,
- Object-oriented programming, decomposition and algorithmics skills,
- Acquaintance with the GNU/Linux environment meant for programming purposes and POSIX standard,
- Acquaintance with network issues (TCP/IP protocol),
- Acquaintance with concurrent computing.
Highly appreciated
- Acquaintance with algebra, statistics,
- Acquaintance with modern computers and operating systems (cache, NUMA, VFS, superpipelining),
- Understanding of modern compilers (optimisations, warnings, predictions),
- Acquaintance with Wireshark, GDB, Perf.

- Implementation of a distributed system meant for data storage for loT needs,
