The Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Centrum Badań Kosmicznych Polskiej Akademii Nauk) hosted The Third Innovation Day, being a culmination of the PITHIA-NRF Research Infrastructure project’s event series. PITHIA-NRF aims at building a European distributed network that integrates observing facilities, data processing tools and prediction models dedicated to ionosphere, thermosphere and plasmasphere research.
Our CEO, Pawel Pisarczyk, was invited to give a speech about the “Edge-IoT computing in space exploration”. The presentation highlighted the future of space technology and its integration with Edge-IoT solutions. Paweł introduced TStorage, our proprietary, scalable, distributed NoSQL database designed for time series data, perfectly suited for storing space observation data.
