Cybersecurity Specjalist

A candidate hired for this position will be responsible for developing, supervising and implementing procedures related to IT security in the company.


  • experience in a similar position,
  • knowledge of operating system architecture (primarily GNU/Linux),
  • understanding of network protocols and cryptography at a level that enables anomaly analysis,
  • familiarity with standardization frameworks (e.g., OWASP, ASVS),
  • basic experience in project management,
  • experience in a company developing its own products.
  • knowledge of methodologies related to application security development, practical knowledge of SSDLC, SAST, DAST,
  • knowledge of C++ and Python programming languages,
  • familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.

  • developing and coordinating, in collaboration with other departments, the implementation of IT security policies, procedures, and documentation,
  • implementing, developing, and integrating security systems with other IT systems,
  • analyzing and managing IT security incidents,
  • verifying the resilience of employees and processes to threats such as phishing,
  • reviewing project compliance with security requirements and conducting training for development teams,
  • supporting the review of third-party components in terms of security.
