Java Tech Lead

A candidate hired for this position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the redGrid platform – the largest system in Poland for managing smart electricity meters in modern Smart Grid networks. The platform enables remote data reading, monitoring of low-voltage network status, device parameterization, and sharing of measurement data with billing systems and the Energy Market. The AMI project is developed from scratch in our company, based on Java EE technology.


  • a technical university degree or in other exact sciences,
  • at least 5 years of experience as a JAVA developer,
  • at least 1 year of experience in leading a team,
  • excellent knowledge of the JAVA programming language,
  • very good knowledge of the Spring Boot platform,
  • very good knowledge of Maven and GIT tools,
  • ability to dive into and analyze developers’ code and provide feedback,
  • knowledge of software optimization methods,
  • understanding of issues related to the use of relational databases,
  • experience with microservices architecture,
  • strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
  • knowledge of one of the other programming languages (C/C++, Python, etc.),
  • knowledge of Java EE technologies and application servers (e.g., WebLogic),

  • managing and coordinating the technical aspects of team work, including:
