Marketing and Product Promotion Specialist


  • creating and implementing marketing strategies, including product marketing activities,
  • generating and qualifying sales leads (MQL), including implementing tools enabling active acquisition of new business contacts,
  • preparing market and competitive analyses,
  • increasing brand and product awareness through press releases, website content, presentations, promotional materials, and managing social media profiles (LinkedIn),
  • supporting the coordination of branding projects and campaigns (in cooperation with the sales and HR departments),
  • coordinating company events, trade fairs, and participation in industry events,
  • supporting the preparation of promotional materials, cooperating with external companies in marketing activities (advertising agencies, media, printing houses, etc.),
  • carrying out ongoing marketing activities related to company products.

  • university degree,
  • at least 5 years of experience in an independent position in B2B marketing, especially product marketing (experience in the tech industry is a plus),
  • practical experience in lead generation, including running inbound and outbound campaigns and using marketing automation tools,
  • experience in creating marketing content and product promotional materials,
  • very good command of English,
  • excellent work organization, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure,
  • strong analytical and communication skills,
  • creativity, initiative, and courage in implementing own solutions,
  • valid category B driving license.
  • knowledge of the energy, industrial, or IT sector specifics,
  • experience in marketing IT products and solutions for business clients.
