Research Assistant

A candidate hired for this position will be responsible for the development of TStorage – a NoSQL database, created from scratch in our company, dedicated to processing and storing measurement data from IoT devices.


  • graduate of mathematics, physics, or computer science,
  • documented achievements (preferably scientific) indicating proficiency in selected concepts from distributed systems theory, algebra, or mathematical analysis,
  • znajomość zagadnień związanych z systemami rozproszonymi: 
    • temporal logic (TLA+),
    • I/O automata, object types/abstractions such as: registers, snapshot, broadcast, consensus,
    • abstractions characterizing process/node and connection failures,
    • differences between (partially) synchronous and asynchronous systems,
    • theorems limiting possible implementations.

  • participating in the creation of algorithms solving distributed systems problems,
